Terms and Conditions for my Liberty Beauty Advent Calendar 2024 TikTok Competition

1. Eligibility:

• The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Ireland only.

• Participants must be aged 18 years or older to enter.

2. How to Enter:

• To enter, participants must:

1. Follow @aissetougriffin on tiktok

2. Drop a comment on at least one of the competition videos. These videos are made clear by having “competition video” in the description and including these T&Cs

3. Repost at least one competition video.

• Only entries meeting all three criteria will be considered valid.

3. Competition Period:

• The competition opens on 4th of December 2024 and closes at midnight on December 26, 2024.

• Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

4. Winner Selection and Notification:

• One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

• The winner will be notified via TikTok direct message by December 27, 2024.

• If the winner does not respond by midnight on December 28, 2024, a new winner will be selected at random.

5. Prize:

• The winner will receive a selection of products from the Liberty Beauty Advent Calendar 2024.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

6. General Conditions:

• This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by TikTok.

• @aissetougriffin reserves the right to disqualify any entries deemed inappropriate, incomplete, or not meeting the entry requirements.

• By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.

7. Data Protection:

• Personal information provided for the purpose of the competition will be used solely for winner selection, notification and prize distribution and will not be shared with third parties.
