Penguin Platform

I created, launched and scaled Penguin Platform - Penguin’s first social-first brand for teen audiences - growing an engaged community across YouTube, Instagram and X, including 34K+ YouTube subscribers and 45K+ Instagram followers.

I developed the channel’s editorial and content strategy, producing weekly original video content from concept to execution, including scripting, filming, editing and presenting.

I also originated and led Penguin’s early influencer strategy, building creator partnerships with talent including Zoella, Hannah Witton and Giovanna Fletcher at a time when influencer marketing was still emerging within publishing.

Alongside digital content, I led experiential activations including influencer-led book launches and live events at Summer in the City, helping position Penguin as an early mover in youth social and creator culture.
